Machining
Top of the line CNC lathes, mills, and machining centers have the ability to produce your custom parts in any quantities. We have onsite programmers that turn your drawings into finished parts. CNC equipment includes Mori-Seiki, Muratec, Dura Mill, and Star. All of our equipment is maintained constantly to ensure your parts are always delivered in time.

Assembly
Our experienced production staff specializes in Electromechanical Assemblies for both small and large production runs. Using Lean and Best manufacturing practices assures that your product is completed on time and with the quality you require.

Surface Mount (SMT) PCB Production
Our SMT production line is optimal for low to medium volume production. We can accommodate a variety of panel sizes and designs using top of the line Pick & Place equipment. Let us quote your next project!

Die Placement and Wire Bonding
Our specialty is low to medium volume production of manual wedge bonding, with individual bond parameter control. Maximum bonding area is 134mm x 134mm (5.3" x 5.3"). Ideal for small to midsize production runs.
