If you experience a problem, call our trained professionals.
We can often troubleshoot a problem over the phone and determine
if a repair is needed. If its necessary to return the encoder
for repair, our technicians will perform a complete evaluation
and recommend a course of action. In an emergency situation
our technicians can often have your evaluation and repair
completed, and ready for return shipment, within a matter
of hours after receiving your encoder.
If you have an urgent repair situation for ANY encoder,
we would be pleased to inspect the unit and attempt an immediate
repair. In the event of the encoder being beyond repair, it
may be possible to offer an equivalent.

To assure your units will be processed correctly use the
Repair
Form. This form is in PDF (Portable Document Format).

Include a valid purchase order number, return billing and
shipping instructions, and a contact name and telephone number
in the box with the returned units. Also include a brief description
of your application and information regarding the problem
with the encoder.
