Expedite Service

EPC offers one-day and two-day expedite options. Under certain conditions, we can ship your order out the same day that we receive it. Quantities may be limited, not all configurations are available for the expedite service, and extra fees may apply. Please contact Customer Service if you are interested in expedite service.


Encoder Products Company (EPC) uses FedEx as its preferred shipping carrier. In certain instances, we may use other carriers. Shipping charges are added to your invoice at the time of shipment for invoiced orders, or at the time of payment for pre-paid orders. You may also elect to have shipping charges applied to your FedEx or UPS account by requesting this at the time of order.
